[COVID-19] Due to the ongoing pandemic, all postal services are facing severe delays, and shipping times to all countries have been affected. Please expect some delays in shipment.
SHIPMENT
We ship internationally from Singapore via SingPost / Qxpress and the shipping duration will vary depending on the countries.
ORDER PROCESSING
The order processing time may range anywhere from 1 – 7 working days. For Pre-order / Kickstarter order, we will process your order once we have grade the pins. Please note that during holiday season, or sales, processing time may be a little longer.

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but I cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, and all packages are subject to customs delays, as well as your local postal delays which may cause your package to take up to a few months to arrive.
Please understand that we cannot track your mail if you choose Untracked Mail, and lost mail is out of our control for this shipment method.
*Do note that due to the pandemic situation affecting postal services worldwide, estimated delivery time would be slightly longer!
ORDER TRACKING
We will provide you with a tracking number if you choose Tracked Mail or Registered Mail. You will receive a tracking number through the email once your shipping label has been prepared / package has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
Customers are responsible for any taxes or customs fees incurred for receiving the order depending on local regulations. We will not be able to refund any shipping fees for packages returned to us due to unpaid custom fees.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read product descriptions for sizing and specifications carefully before purchasing. If your order is damaged or missing, please contact me at dinojar.studio@gmail.com with your name, order number, and photo(s) of the order.

MY PACKAGE ISN’T HERE?!?!
If you did not purchase tracking (insurance is included), there is nothing I can do about this. Packages can take up to a few months if held by customs. Unfortunately, I am not responsible for packages lost in transit and will be unable to provide any refunds in these circumstances – please purchased Tracked Mail if you want a peace of mind.
We do not accept returns and exchanges (refer to the section above). For packages that have been returned to us due to incorrect shipping address, missed collection or unpaid custom duties, customers will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees to reship the package to you. A refund MAY be possible on a case-by-case basis, however, the refund will exclude shipping fee and include a 10% restocking fee.
If you purchased tracking, please track your package through the link in the email with the tracking number provided. If there are any problems with your tracking, please contact your local post office – unfortunately we are not responsible for packages once they are handed over to the post office, as we have no control over them.

- Check if your neighbours / concierge / family member accepted the package on your behalf
- Packages may be held up at your local post office
- Packages may be held up at your local customs border
- Contact your local post office to help you locate it
MY PACKAGE HAS PROBLEM?!?!
For orders that have been damaged in transit or contain the incorrect order, please send an email to dinojar.studio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include the order number and photographs of the incorrect or damaged goods.
I PLACED TWO SEPARATE ORDERS, CAN I COMBINE THEM?
Please email me at dinojar.studio@gmail.com soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been shipped, I could not combine them. Please also note that due to high volumes during sales, I cannot combine orders placed during this period.
